Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, please email [info@teenxindia.com] or call our customer support with your order details. If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may request a return if eligible.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, expired upon delivery, or if the wrong item was delivered. To initiate a return, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images of the issue. If the return request is approved, we will arrange a free return pickup.
Opened or used sanitary napkin packs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Products without the original packaging and invoice, or those returned after 7 days of delivery, are also not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used sanitary napkin packs. Products that are returned without their original packaging, invoice, or after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return.
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we may decline the request or issue apartial refund, depending on the case.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange a product should initiate a return, if applicable, and place a new order.
